𝐇𝐨𝐩𝐞 𝐢𝐧 𝐚 𝐃𝐢𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐮𝐥𝐭 𝐒𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐨𝐧

Last May, Bonnie experienced every parent’s worst nightmare, the loss of her adult son. Since then, she has been navigating deep grief while raising her 17-year-old daughter as they both struggle with depression and the pain of losing a loved one.

The unexpected costs surrounding the loss created financial strain, and despite working full-time, Bonnie fell behind on her mortgage and began to fear losing their home. She reached out to several community resources while doing everything she could to keep her family stable during such a heartbreaking time.

Thanks to the generosity of our donors, The O’Neill Foundation of Hope was able to step in and help Bonnie with a mortgage payment, giving this family some breathing room as they continue to heal and move forward.
