A few years ago, Emily survived a nearly fatal hit-and-run accident involving a stolen vehicle that left her with devastating injuries, permanent nerve damage, chronic pain, and the need for numerous surgeries.

Just 11 months later, she courageously returned to work as a restaurant server to keep up with her bills, but today, the lasting effects of her injuries make working full time impossible.
