Meet Fatima, an extraordinary mother and grandmother living with type 1 diabetes. Despite multiple hospitalizations and near-death experiences, she never gives up. This past year brought even more challenges, including the loss of funds for her apartment deposit, which put her housing at risk.

Thanks to you, we were able to help cover part of her missed deposit, keeping her rent stable. With her insurance now approving a diabetes pump as well, Fatima is training on this life-changing device and looking forward to a healthier, brighter future.
