Standing with Tim: A Story of Hope

We want to take a moment to recognize our dear friend Tim, a devoted family man and incredibly hard worker. Recently, Tim received the difficult news of a blood clot diagnosis. In the process of exploring this, doctors discovered cancer. As if this wasn’t enough, Tim and his family were in the midst of a job transition, leaving them without insurance coverage and facing the tough choice to purchase COBRA so he could receive the treatments he needs. This has created an added burden for their household at an already challenging time.

At the O’Neill Foundation of Hope, we believe that no one should walk through hard times alone. We wanted to make sure Tim and his family know they are seen, loved, and supported. It is our privilege to help with a payment to lighten their load and remind them—and anyone going through a similar season—that even in life’s hardest moments, there is always hope.
